PaperShop.co supplies only high quality paper, disposables, and restroom products and will consider the return of defective items other than damaged merchandise within 30 days of product delivery. No returns will be considered after 30 days.
All return items must have prior approval of PaperShop.co. To obtain approvial please visit our website: RETURNS or call 1800-0000000. Please include the sku number and the serial number printed on one side of the box. Once approved you will be issued a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) number as well as a ship to address. All returned items must be received within 15 days from date of issuance of RGA. A Mininum of 30% handling and restocking fee will apply to all returns.
It is the receivers responsbility to inspect all items for damage before signing for receipt of package. If the item is damaged the receiver must report the damage to the driver with the driver noting the damage on the Bill of Lading or Shipping document.
PaperShop.co does not take responsibiltiy for shipping damage that has not been reported in writing at the time of delivery and before the driver has left.

If an order is cancelled before the order is processed (before 1:00 PM Eastern Time) on day the order is placed no charges are applied. If order has been processed at time of cancellation the item will be considered returned and PaperShop.co Return Policy will apply. If order is refused at time of delivery the same Return Policy will apply.
